My Mission
My mission is to help create a more inclusive and convivial society, by making the work of outstanding compassionate leaders known, and by helping people think about how they can embrace compassion within their own leadership practice.
I share the view expressed by Michael West in episode 13 of The Compassionate Leadership Interview. "Compassion is the most important focus we should have now as a species..." If we treat our colleagues with compassion at work, then we will be so much more likely to treat our customers and patients (in the NHS) with compassion, and then our colleagues and our customers will take that compassion out into society and the environment.
